4. Do I have to download a plug-in?
|
| You need the Flash 6 plug-in. This should normally be already installed on your machine. In addition, you need a one time install of an ActiveX component. This ActiveX component should automatically get installed, the first time you try to launch an exam or a tutorial. In case your security settings do not permit automatic install of the ActiveX component then you can download it from the downloads page and install it manually.
